
Bangi, 6 February 2025 – DORMS Central Living Sdn Bhd proudly announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH). This significant collaboration aims to enhance the standards of Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQs) in Malaysia, with a focus on ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of workers nationwide.

The MoU was signed by Dato’ Haji Ayop Salleh, Executive Director of NIOSH, and witnessed by Mejar Haji Hanif Maidin (B), Executive Secretary of NIOSH, signifying a unified commitment towards developing safer and more sustainable living conditions for workers. As the first private agency entrusted to act as a reference expert in professional accommodation, DORMS Central Living leverages its industry expertise, established since 2011, to create world-class guidelines and frameworks.





DORMS had the honour of visiting NIOSH’s adopted village, Kampung Panchitan in Negeri Sembilan, prior to the formal signing of this MoU. This pre-signing collaboration reflects the trust and mutual dedication between the two organisations.
